SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
Some orders do include tracking numbers, and when a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via email once it becomes active (typically within 24–48 hours).
Some orders do not include tracking numbers due to the shipping method used. In those cases, you will still receive confirmation that your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
innowerks is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order by your country’s customs office.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us directly at

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the best path forward.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
